The prices in this catalog are given in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed.
Items with a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Availability
Our commitment to delivery is void in case of failure or non-compliance with the deadlines of supply from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to CNTech Ltd. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
The sending of the available articles is carried out by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A participation of your share is required only once by order.
NOTE: CNTech Sàrl does not deliver its parcels in post office box and does not deliver any goods to a minor or under guardianship, except written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels showing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your charge. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered.

Legal guarantee
Check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
