Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep in a safe place. The following are not covered: damage resulting from improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our commitment to delivery is void in case of failure or non-compliance with the deadlines of supply from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to CNTech Ltd. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Sumup, credit card, cash.
Shipping and Delivery
Available items are shipped via mail within approximately 5 to 8 days. A shipping fee is charged once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: CNTech Sàrl does not deliver packages to P.O. boxes and does not ship any merchandise to minors or individuals under legal guardianship, unless written authorization is provided by a parent or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels showing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your charge. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered.
Legal guarantee
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or faults in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be the subject of a data-processing treatment and can be communicated to associated companies within the framework of the management of the order.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Regional Court of the Mountains and Val-de-Ruz.
