The ULT 200.1 series is designed for the detection and filtration of harmful substances and impurities in the form of dust and gases. Multi-stage filtration systems are available for every industrial application involving a wide variety of harmful or interfering substances.
Harmful and interfering substances emitted by the customer’s specific process are captured directly by the sampling elements at the point of emission and then filtered by the ULT 200.1 units. Thanks to the targeted combination of available individual filters, very high separation efficiencies are achieved. The core filtration technology utilizes the principle of particle separation for dust and the principle of absorption and chemisorption for gaseous substances.
The filtered, purified gas can be recirculated into the work environment after intensive purification (recirculation mode). This ensures no heat loss occurs. If recirculation operation is not desired, the system can be adapted for exhaust operation by simply installing a pipe included in the scope of delivery. The filtered, purified gas is then directed into an exhaust system.
The ULT 200.1 units can be optionally combined with a variety of accessories. Suitable accessories are available to meet specific customer requirements.
